The Juubi is also something that is on a totally different level. Not the strange incomplete versions we've seen, but it's final version that we only got a glimpse of. I feel like I've referenced it more than a few times, but the true Juubi's power is far beyond the capabilities of Sasuke and Naruto, and probably even Madara, even though he has the Juubi's rinnegan. I still believe the two sons were stronger than the current Naruto and Sasuke. They were closest to the original source, which waned dramtically over time Modern day ninja can't even compare to the ninja of the recent past. I wouldn't say Hashirama's was quite as strong as his ancient grandfather, and I definitely wouldn't put Naruto or Sasuke above a full powered, non edo tensei Hashirama just yet; no offense, but especially Sasuke since he is still weaker than the Madara of the past, before he even obtained a rinnegan. I could say the same with Naruto. Sage Mode makes him one of the strongest ninja out there, but without Kurama, he is a joke to Hashirama and Madara; not to mention that Hashirama's sage mode appears to be superior to Naruto's current sage mode.
